ClubHotel Riu Bachata, 2016

We're concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms while on holiday at the ClubHotel Riu Bachata in the Dominican Republic between April and June 2016.
Despite some positive reviews of the hotel, our International Personal Injury team has also learnt that certain guests suffered illness during their stay there. One tourist claims that on one occasion there were "flies all over the food". Another says they saw "raw hot dogs and half cooked hamburgers" being served sometimes. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can result from such illness, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the ClubHotel Riu Bachata in the Dominican Republic and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness,we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of such nature and could help you make a claim for compensation.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
