Dreams La Romana, Dominican Republic
Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have recently holidayed at the Dreams La Romana resort, Dominican Republic. It has been suggested that guests who stayed at the resort have returned suffering with gastric symptoms.
Complaints from holidaymakers suggest that the food was served undercooked, cold and appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. Further complaints suggest that the food was left uncovered for long periods of time in the heat and was exposed to a significant amount of insects.
There may have been a breakdown in food hygiene and general health and safety procedures at the resort which has resulted with guests contracting gastric illness and suffering with symptoms of diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting.
If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you.
