Grand Bahia Principe, July 2015

Irwin Mitchell is concerned to hear reports that guests became ill after travelling to the Grand Bahia Principe, in the Dominican Republic, in July 2015.

Holidaymakers staying at the resort have described suffering from symptoms including bloody diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting.

Despite some positive reviews, guests have expressed that food was served lukewarm and on some occasions was undercooked. They have also reported that there were sometimes flies in the restaurant area.

Visitors have also advised that they continued to suffer with their symptoms upon their return home to the UK.

If you have also travelled to the Grand Bahia Principe in the Dominican Republic and subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell who specialise in cases of this nature would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
