Irwin Mitchell has received reports of holidaymakers who have suffered illness during their stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, Dominican Republic, in June 2015.
They reported suffering with stomach cramps and diarrhoea during their holiday in June this year. The guests said that upon returning home due to still suffering from their symptoms they sought medical advice.
Despite a number of positive reviews, the family report that on occasions food appeared to be re-heated and sometimes food did not appear hot enough.
