Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, 2016
Our International Personal Injury team is concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic between December 2015 and April 2016.
Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell have learnt of reports regarding holidaymakers who fell ill during their stay there. Holidaymakers claim that some of the food was “lukewarm” whilst another claims that they were served a burger that was “undercooked”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms - including a group of 30.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. We have significant experience assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness and we know the potential long term effects that can arise, including permanent long term complications such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature and may be able to help you make a claim.
For more advice on making a holiday claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will be happy to call you back.
