Iberostar Dominicana Hotel, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests became ill during holidays taken at the Iberostar Dominicana in the Dominican Republic between July and August 2015.

Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was left out for hours and its temperature was described as “worrisome”. Others guests have also raised concerns due to extensive mould in their bathroom and expressed that their air-conditioning unit dripped with water creating a hazard.

A number of others have stated that they fell ill during their stays with symptoms including diarrhoea and sickness.
