Iberostar Grand Bavaro Hotel

Irwin Mitchell has recently received reports of guests falling ill whilst holidaying at the Iberostar Grand Bavaro Hotel, Dominican Republic. Reports relate to guests holidaying in April 2012.

Guests have complained about falling ill with symptoms of gastric illness including diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The symptoms suffered by the guests holidaying at resort could be a result of poor food hygiene.
 
Further reports suggest guests complaining of the food being served undercooked as well as the food being left uncovered for long periods of time.
