Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, 2016

Travel law experts from Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn that guests have fallen ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, during December 2015 and January 2016.

Despite positive reviews, guests have complained that food was not served at the correct temperature. Another holidaymaker has claimed that they were served raw chicken and noticed a number of flies around the resort. Alarmingly it has also been noted that a number of guests have fallen ill while at the resort, including a party of nine.

If you also travelled to the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
