Memories Splash Punta Cana

The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests became ill while staying at the Memories Splash Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, between August and November 2015.

Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported falling ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and vomiting.

Guests have suggested that on at least two occasions they saw cockroaches in the buffet area. They also added that food was “mediocre” and “never consistent”. Another visitor described a horrible smell of waste water around the resort and beach.

If you also travelled to the Memories Splash Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, and subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of this nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
