Now Larimar Hotel, Punta Cana

Leading Travel lawyers at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to receive reports of illness at the Now Larimar Punta Cana in Dominican Republic.

Reports suggest that holidaymakers have been suffering from symptoms including diarrhoea, abdominal pain and weight loss.

Complaints suggest that the food was not of a reasonable standard and food such as sausages and chicken, was served undercooked. Food was also said to be reheated and re-served later in the day. There are also a number of complaints about the customer service at the hotel.

If you have travelled to this hotel and subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
