Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers who stayed at the Ocean Blue & Sands Hotel, in the Dominican Republic, during December 2015.

We have been contacted by a number of holidaymakers who have advised that they had to seek medical advice upon their return to the UK as they continued to suffer symptoms.

The guests have reported suffering from symptoms including vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea, fever and loss of appetite. They have also suggested that they were aware of others who were ill at the resort.
