Royal Suites Turquesa Hotel, Punta Cana

Irwin Mitchell has been instructed by a holidaymaker who became ill during her stay at the Royal Suites Turquesa Hotel in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic in December 2012 to January 2013.

The holidaymaker was admitted to hospital whilst abroad following suffering from severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. She continued to suffer illness upon her return home and has attended upon her doctor in relation to her ongoing symptoms.

Despite a number of positive reports the holidaymaker had concerns that some of the food appeared to have been reheated and some food was left out uncovered.
