Royalton Punta Cana Resort & Casino

Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn of recent reports of gastric illness at the Royalton Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  

Despite positive reports, a holidaymaker who stayed at the hotel this summer stated that their room was only cleaned “once the whole six nights” of their stay, and that all of their party fell ill. The holidaymaker also reported that the “customer service was poor” and that they have “never been so excited for a vacation to be over”. Other reports suggest a significant number of British holidaymakers have fallen ill at the same resort with a potential 40+ people affected.
