Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames, Dominican Republic, 2016
The International Personal Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames in the Dominican Republic between June and August 2016.
Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell have learnt of reports regarding holidaymakers who fell ill during a stay at the hotel. One holidaymaker claims that some of the food was “often cold, obviously out past its prime” whilst another claims that on occasions “there wasn’t enough tongs to help in preventing contamination”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness Irwin Mitchell know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as Post infective Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
If you have also travelled to the Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames in the Dominican Republic and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
