Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames, December 2016 & January 2017

Irwin Mitchell has learnt of Trip Advisor reviews from holidaymakers reporting gastric illness during their stays at the Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames hotel in the Dominican Republic during December 2016 and January 2017.

Despite some positive reviews on Trip Advisor, other holidaymakers have complained of gastric illness symptoms during their stays at the hotel such as stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. Some reports suggest that they were aware of many other hotel guests that were also ill during their stays at the hotel.

One holidaymaker reported that she had to change rooms on a number of occasions due to cleanliness and damp problems. Other holidaymakers noted that the food was sometimes lukewarm and left out uncovered. One holidaymaker complained that she was served raw chicken on one occasion.

If you have travelled to the Sirenis Punta Cana Resort Casino & Aquagames in the Dominican Republic and subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
