The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real

Our International Personal Injury team is concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican Republic between December 2015 and March 2016.

Despite positive reviews, we've read reports regarding holidaymakers who fell ill during a stay at the hotel. The guests claim that some of the food such as sushi was left out for too long. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms, including a party of six.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. We understand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as post-infective irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican Republic and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
