Irwin Mitchell is aware of a potential outbreak of gastric illness for guests who stayed at the Albatross Aqua Blu SSH Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt in August 2009.
Guests report symptoms of gastric illness and possible food poisoning, allegedly as a result of poor food hygiene at the hotel and poor health and hygiene standards.
It is understood that a range of further quality issues are also alleged.
