Ali Baba Palace Hotel, 2015
Specialist international personal injury lawyers at Irwin Mitchell have been contacted by holidaymakers who contracted illness following their stays at the Ali Baba Palace Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, in April and May 2015. Their symptoms are reported to include vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.
The holidaymakers had many complaints concerning the hotel restaurant. They noted that existing food was occasionally being topped up by fresh food and that many of the dishes were not covered. They also reported that the crockery, table linen and glasses were sometimes dirty. Holidaymakers have expressed that on some occasions, the food tasted like it was undercooked, or not served at the correct temperature, for instance, the eggs and a beef sandwich.
If you have also travelled to the Ali Baba Palace Hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of this nature, would like to hear from you.
