International personal injury specialists from Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn that guests fell ill with gastric symptoms after staying at the Amwaj Oyoun Hotel & Resort, in Egypt, during September 2015.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food served at the resort was left uncovered for long periods of time, with one guest suggesting that the pizza was being eaten by birds.
Another visitor raised hygiene concerns, suggesting that dirty glasses were just dipped into water and weren’t properly washed.
Guests have reported suffering from gastric illness, with symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
