Illness At The Coral Sea Aqua Club, Egypt
The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests at the Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort in Egypt fell ill with gastric symptoms during their stays at the hotel.
Despite some positive reviews, many hygiene concerns have been raised regarding the resort. Holidaymakers have reported that the glasses were not cleaned thoroughly, some being left with lipstick on them from other users.
Other guests also raised concerns relating to the pool area, stating the children’s’ pool smelt bad and had dead insects and leaves floating around in it most days. Additionally, visitors reported that their room’s ceiling and a leak which ran down the wall onto electric switches.
A number of different holidaymakers alarmingly expressed that they fell ill during their stays, reporting symptoms including severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea.
