Coral Sea Imperial, Sharm El Sheikh

It has come to our attention that there are reports of gastric illness amongst holiday makers who stayed at the Coral Sea Imperial, Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt in July 2009.
Guests have fallen ill with symptoms of gastric illness which may be due to the food consumed at the hotel. Guests allege that the hygiene standards at the hotel were poor as the tables were not cleaned and noticed on one occasion that a member of staff picked up a cutlery that had fallen on the floor and placed this back for use by guests. Guests allege that when fresh food was brought out this was added to the existing trays of food, meat dishes were pink and bloody.
