Irwin Mitchell has been approached to act for guests who have suffered from gastric illness following their stay at the Coral Sea Resort, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
We are concerned to hear that there is still an ongoing problem at this hotel as we have been contacted by clients following their stay at this hotel in 2007, 2008 and 2009 complaining of gastric illness.
It is reported that holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms of food poisoning during their holiday, possibly as a result of the poor quality of food and the lack of hygiene standards practised at the hotel. It has been suggested that food was not served at the correct temperature.
