Falcon Naama Star Hotel, Sharm El Sheik, Egypt 2013

Irwin Mitchell’s leading International Travel Litigation Group has received reports that guests staying at the Falcon Naama Star Hotel in Sharm El Sheik, Egypt have returned from their holidays in August 2013 complaining of illness including symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach pains. 

Despite some positive reviews, one holidaymaker who stayed at the resort in July 2013 reported that chicken was served undercooked and food was left uncovered for hours on end. Another guest fell ill with sickness and diarrhoea and had to have two injections because of the illness they suffered.
