Gardenia Plaza Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh

Irwin Mitchell’s leading Travel Litigation Group has received reports that holidaymakers staying at the Gardenia Plaza Hotel in Egypt have returned from their holidays in October 2012 complaining of illness.

Despite some positive reviews, reports indicate a family suffered symptoms of gastric illness including diarrhoea, stomach pains and sickness.

Holidaymakers have reported that they have holidayed in Sharm El Sheikh in previous years and enjoyed themselves. However their holiday at the Gardenia Plaza Hotel really let them down with further reports suggesting that the hotel was generally unclean and unsafe as the bottom of the swimming pool was cracked.

If you have travelled to the Gardenia Plaza Hotel and subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
