Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of reports of illness at the Ghazala Beach Resort, in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, during June 2013.
Although the source of the outbreak has not yet been identified, we are concerned about reports that holidaymakers have suffered illness. Holidaymakers have mentioned that in light of their illness they could not leave their hotel rooms for a number of days.
Following previous holidays in 2005, Irwin Mitchell has successfully recovered damages on behalf of holidaymakers who stayed at the Ghazala Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
Despite some positive reviews the group has had some concerns. Holidaymakers report that they noted that the salad cart was left open to the elements and in particular flies were able to land on the salad. They witnessed some hot food being placed on top of food that had been left out during the sitting time and which had gone cold. Furthermore, on occasions birds were pecking at some of the food which had been left out on the tables.
