Irwin Mitchell is alarmed to hear that holidaymakers who stayed at the Hilton Sharks Bay Resort, Egypt, in May and July 2013, have returned from the hotel suffering from sickness and diarrhoea.
Holidaymakers have reported suffering from gastric illnesses. Concerns have also been raised in relation to the food served with one report stating some food was served cold and that some of the cutlery was dirty.
Irwin Mitchell previously helped holidaymakers make a claim for holidays taken at Hilton Sharks Bay Resort in 2009 and 2011. Hotel guests form these holidays reported suffering from diarrhoea, stomach pains and vomiting. Irwin Mitchell secured a four-figure sum of compensation for three of the holidaymakers who travelled to the hotel in 2011.
