Hilton Sharm Waterfalls Resort

Irwin Mitchell is concerned to hear of reports that holidaymakers suffered gastrointestinal illness following their visit to the Hilton Sharm Waterfalls Resort, Egypt, in June 2015.

According to reports on a consumer review website, two holidaymakers suffered from food poisoning and as a result of their illness, were forced to spend a significant amount of their holiday in their hotel room. In turn, this ruined their enjoyment of the holiday.

Despite some positive reviews, some guests have reported that on occasions, there were birds flying around the main restaurant buffet, landing on food and eating directly from the buffet. Furthermore, holidaymakers have said that sometimes, there were a significant amount of flies landing on the food.
