Beach Albatros Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt

The expert International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness contracted by a holidaymaker after staying at the Beach Albatros Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt 2012.

It is possible that the illnesses experienced by the holidaymaker were due to a breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures. Other holidaymakers have complained about a lack of variety and quality of the food served as well as the lack of facilities.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
