Prima Sol Tropicana Azure Club Hotel

Irwin Mitchell’s leading Travel Litigation Group have received reports that holidaymakers staying at the PrimaSol Tropicana Azure Club in Egypt have returned from their holidays in August and September 2012 complaining of illness.

One holidaymaker has reported how they and their partner suffered sickness and diarrhoea and were still ill a month after returning home. Another holidaymaker has reported suffering from a stomach illness for 10 days.

Despite some positive reviews, some holidaymakers have complained about the swimming pool at the hotel, mentioning that the pool was dirty with one holidaymaker reporting that on two occasions there was human excrement floating in the pool.
