Illness at the Holiday Village Red Sea

Irwin Mitchell has again been approached to act for holidaymakers who travelled to the Holiday Village Red Sea Hotel in 2011 where many of guests appear to have fallen ill with unpleasant gastric illness.

There have been many complaints made by customers about the quality and standard of the Hotel. These include unsanitary bathrooms, an overwhelming smell of sewage, poor air conditioning and hygiene issues with regards to food preparation. The temperature and quality of the food have also been highlighted as a problem.

Having learned of their experiences at this resort Irwin Mitchell has become increasingly concerned about the standard of health and hygiene at this hotel. A number of holidaymakers have already contracted symptoms of diarrhoea, severe abdominal pain, nausea, high temperatures and lethargy resulting in people having to be referred to the local hospital to receive immediate medical help.

Irwin Mitchell is currently already representing over 100 customers who have suffered as a result of staying at Holiday Village Red Sea in 2010 and has represented hundreds of clients every year since 2008 some of who suffered from illnesses such as salmonella, ecoli, shigella , and cryptosporidium. Some are still continuing with illness to the present day.
