Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa - 2017

We're concerned to hear recent reports of illness among guests at the Jasmine Palace Resort & Spa in Egypt between June and July 2017. 
Despite positive reviews of the hotel online, Irwin Mitchell has also learnt that some holidaymakers were taken ill during their stay there. One guest claims that on occasions there were some “dirty glasses”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms - including an entire group of 10.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness, we know the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, including permanent conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
