Our specialist International Personal Injury Team have been contacted by a holidaymaker following a stay at the Jaz Aquamarine Resort, Egypt in September 2014.
During his stay at the hotel, our client began to experience symptoms of gastric illness including severe diarrhoea and vomiting. On his return home, he continued to suffer with gastric illness, sought medical treatment from his own GP and was later diagnosed with Salmonella.
