Irwin Mitchell has been contacted by a family who all suffered gastric illness whilst on holiday at Jaz Belvedere in Egypt, May 2014.
Despite some positive reviews one family member describes how on occasions some of the food was served undercooked and not at the correct temperature.
The holidaymaker says he had to seek medication from a pharmacy in Egypt due to his symptoms and that he is still suffering upon return home.
The holidaymaker has advised Irwin Mitchell that he complained to the customer services manager. The holidaymaker says he has since wrote a letter of complaint to his tour operator upon return from the holiday.
