The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of reports relation to guests becoming ill with gastric symptoms after staying at the Jaz Mirabel Beach in Egypt this year.

Despite positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was “poor”, it was sometimes cold by the time it was served and “at times the bread and rolls were stale”.

Other guests have expressed that the dishes and drinking glasses were not always clean, and noted that staff didn’t wear gloves when handling the food.

Further reports have stated that holidaymakers became “ill with diarrhoea and sickness” during their stay with some saying that they continued to feel ill upon their return home.
