Magic Life Imperial Resort, Egypt
Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have recently holidayed at the all inclusive resort Magic Life Imperial, Egypt. It has been suggested that guests who stayed at the resort have returned suffering with gastric symptoms.
Holidaymakers have complained that the food was served uncooked, cold and appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. Further complaints suggest that the food was left uncovered for long periods of time in the heat and was exposed to a significant number of insects.
Further to the above, alarming reports have been received that guests have fallen ill whilst holidaying at the resort. Reports indicate that guests were suffering with abdominal pain, diarrhoea and vomiting. Guests have also continued to suffer the gastric symptoms since their return home.
There may have been a breakdown in food hygiene and general health and safety procedures at the resort which has resulted in guests contracting gastric illness.
