Nubian Village Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh
Irwin Mitchell’s leading travel litigation team has been instructed to act on behalf of a family of four who stayed at the Nubian Village Hotel in Egypt during July 2013.
The guests have returned from their two week break at the hotel complaining of symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting.
One holidaymaker has said that on taking her daughter to the doctor upon return home, her doctor advised that she had contracted shigella. The holidaymaker reports how her daughter is continuing to suffer from gastric symptoms and has said that the ongoing symptoms are impacting on her daughter’s day-to-day life.
Despite some positive reviews holidaymakers have reported how on occasions some food was served undercooked and not at the correct temperature. One holidaymaker has also reported how on arrival at the hotel she was upset to see that there was some building work going on at the hotel which she had not been advised of previously.
