The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell has been instructed by a holidaymaker who became ill with gastric symptoms following their stay at the Panorama Bungalows Resort in Egypt this year.
Despite some positive reviews on consumer review websites, the holidaymaker reported that some of the food, including eggs, was undercooked. The guest also said that on occasions, animals such as cats, birds and cockroaches were seen in and around the restaurant area.
Other visitors have expressed that the hotel’s restaurant was sometimes dirty, with a chicken bone and dead bird being seen on the carpeted floor at breakfast. Furthermore, reports have arisen that guests fell ill with gastric symptoms approximately three days into their holiday.
