Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury team has been instructed by a holidaymaker after they became ill with gastric symptoms whilst staying at the Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort in Egypt this year.

Despite some positive reviews, guests have reported that some of the food was cold and undercooked. The kebab meat was described as so tough that is was almost inedible. Holidaymakers have also claimed that on occasion, food was left uncovered and for long periods of time by the pool area, and birds were allowed to land on the tables where the food was sitting.

A number of other visitors staying at the Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort have reported falling ill with gastric symptoms
