Irwin Mitchell has been contacted by holidaymakers after suffering from gastric illness following their stay at the Regency Plaza in Egypt in March 2012.
Holidaymakers fell ill during their stay at the resort, suffering from gastric symptoms including diarrhoea and vomiting.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers reported various concerns, including that some food was being re-served on more than one occasion and was served undercooked. They also confirmed that on some occasions, new food was added to existing food, some of which was left uncovered, with flies often seen to be on some of the food.
