The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at Iberotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt during their holidays taken in March 2012.
It is reported that food at the main restaurant in the hotel was poor and food was served undercooked. There have also been accounts of no variety of food in the restaurant. It is possible that illness experienced by holidaymakers was due to a breakdown in food handling and food hygiene procedures.
