Irwin Mitchell is concerned for the wellbeing of holidaymakers who travelled to the Savita Resort & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from anyone who has contracted illness or sustained an injury during their holiday at this hotel.
Recent reports suggest that holidaymakers are returning from their holidays suffering from symptoms of gastric illness due to the poor quality of food and poor hygiene standards practiced at the hotel. It has been alleged that holidaymakers were confined to their rooms because of the outbreak of illness and that some holidaymakers have been suffering with dysentery as a result.
Here at Irwin Mitchell we are currently acting for holiday makers who have been affected by illness following their stay at this hotel in 2009 and 2010. Complaints also include chicken being served undercooked and it has been alleged that hot food was served cold.
