Irwin Mitchell is concerned to read reports of illness at the Savita Resort and Spa, in Egypt during holidays taken in April 2013.
Holidaymakers have reported falling ill suffering with symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach cramps and lethargy.
Despite some positive reports, on holidaymaker has reported that some of the meat that was cooked outside on a BBQ was often served undercooked. A further holidaymaker has reported that some of the food served was very repetitive and some food was left our for long periods of time, birds were seen flying in and out of the restaurant on occasions and there were smells of sewage coming from some of the bathrooms.
Irwin Mitchell have previously acted for holidaymakers who had holidays at the Savita Resort and Spa in 2009 and 2010 who had also suffered from sickness, diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Holidaymakers had complained of some food being undercooked and that some foods were also left uncovered on the buffet on occasions.
