Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury team has received reports of holidaymakers becoming ill whilst staying at the Savoy Hotel, in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, during September 2015.
These guests fell ill with gastric symptoms, including diarrhoea, stomach cramps and feeling tired.
Despite some positive reviews, the holidaymakers suggested that on some occasions, food was left uncovered and hot food was served lukewarm. They also expressed that food such as eggs were served undercooked. The guests further confirmed that sometimes they saw new food being poured over dishes that were already in the trays.
