Irwin Mitchell represented two holidaymakers whose holidays at the Sensibar Makadi Hotel in the summer of 2010 were ruined by illness.
Despite some positive reviews at the time, the holidaymakers complained that some food was not served hot enough, some food served seemed quite repetitive and undercooked.
Legal proceedings were issued against the tour operator TUI UK Limited and Irwin Mitchell successfully recovered over £11,000 in compensation for the holidaymakers.
