Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn of reports of gastric illness at the Sentido Mamlouk Palace, Hurghada 2014.
Despite positive reviews holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel this summer described the hotel as “a dump” and “generally very grubby and dirty” and that the food quality on occasion was very poor. Another holidaymaker described some of the food to be “terrible and disgusting” and found “dead insects” in the food. Another holidaymaker became ill with a “severe” upset stomach.
