Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have travelled to the Sharm Plaza Hotel in Egypt after reading reports of gastric illness amongst guests in 2012.
Holidaymakers suffered from diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting. One guest that we are aware of has been hospitalised on their return to the UK as their symptoms were so severe. This person has subsequently developed kidney problems as a result of the gastric illness suffered at the hotel.
