Sindbad Aqua Park Hotel

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness contracted by holidaymakers during their stay at the Sinbad Aqua Park Resort in Egypt in July and September 2012.

Irwin Mitchell act on behalf of holidaymakers who fell ill with symptoms of illness during their stay at the resort, suffering from symptoms to include stomach pains, diarrhoea and vomiting.

Many of the holidaymakers are continuing to suffer illness upon return home. Some holidaymakers had to seek medical treatment in resort to include one holidaymaker who was hospitalised in resort

One client further advised they were so ill that they were hospitalised upon their return home and reported that she was diagnosed with e coli.

The holidaymakers report some food being uncovered, that some food was served undercooked and it is also reported that cats and birds were seen in or around the restaurant area. Holidaymakers have also reported how on some occasions birds were landing on some of the buffet food.
