Irwin Mitchell is concerned after a family of four recently returned from a holiday at the Tropicana Club Azure Hotel, Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt and suffering form symptoms of gastric illness in early 2011. One guest has suggested that he was so ill that he was treated by the hotel doctor with IV fluids, antibiotics and rehydration tablets. Other members of the family have continued to suffer from symptoms since returning to the UK and are seeking the advice of their GP.
Irwin Mitchell has previously pursued action against this hotel for holidaymakers that travelled there in 2009 and 2010 in addition to the most recent enquiries.
Guests have raised concerns over the quality of the food served at the hotel after seeing flies on the food and also noticing that it wasn't served at the correct temperature.
