Irwin Mitchell is acting on behalf of holidaymakers who stayed at the Tropicana Rosetta & Jasmine Club in Egypt in October 2013. Despite some positive reviews, the holidaymakers who have contacted Irwin Mitchell have raised concerns about the food served at the hotel restaurant, including complaints that some of the food appeared to be re-served, that some of the food being served was only lukewarm, and that sometimes the chef would serve runny omelettes.
One of the holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps from suspected food poisoning, and she continues to suffer with gastric symptoms since the holiday.
