Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury team is concerned to learn that guests fell ill with gastric symptoms after staying at the Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt, during September 2015.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that the food served at the resort was very bland. It has also been expressed that frozen burger meat was seen left on the floor outside.
Hygiene concerns have also been raised, with one visitor stating that the pool was reopened within an hour of a child soiling in it.
Guests have reported suffering from symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
